Device firmware for a product you already ship

We write the firmware that has to live on a device people already bought: update path, control protocol, power states, and the software around a DSP you already have.

Firmware for a device that already ships is a different problem from a first bring-up. You cannot change the flash map on a whim. You cannot brick a unit that is already in a living room. You still have to add a feature.

This offer is that class of firmware: an OTA path you can defend, a BLE GATT control model that an accessory or a phone can speak, power-state handling in software, and the firmware around a DSP block that is already on the part. The principal has done this for a consumer-audio OEM; that program is on the Work pages as his prior work, not as an ASHNAY product line.

We do not design the radio, the amplifier, or the enclosure. We read the schematic and the datasheets to write the firmware. DSP-adjacent means the software around a DSP you already have — not a silicon design engagement.
